How to connect your Dotykačka account with Flowpay

Step 1 Connect your Dotykačka account with Flowpay 

IMPORTANT: Before you start, please note you need to use Dotykačka plans NAPLNO or NEOMEZENĚ. Accounts using the basic plan SNADNO can't be connected to Flowpay. More on Dotykačka's plans here.

For a successful connection, you only need the credentials you use for logging into your Dotykačka account.

4. Log in to your Dotykačka account, using email and password

2. Go to the Business data - POS systems

3. Select partner – Dotykačka

1. Log in to myFlowpay

5. Click Login

7.  Allow access to your Dotykačka account

2. Go to the Integration

3. Select partner Dotykačka

4. Log in to your Dotykačka account:​

  • E-mail = your login e-mail to Dotykačka account

  • Password = Your password to Dotykačka account

5. Click Login

6. Select the account
you want to connect

7. Allow access to your Dotykačka account

Great, you're done! It may take a few hours to connect your data,
and we will notify you by email when it is connected.
