What do I have to do to get the funding?

Simply fill in your email, then you will receive a link to register for the Flowpay app where you will find the application form for the funds.

Will I need any documents or certificates (bank statements, accounting, etc.) to obtain the funding?
All you need when completing the online application form for funding are 2 proofs of identity of the executive director. All further information is obtained online during the application process. So there is no need to prepare or document anything else from your side.

What can I use the money for?
How you use the money is entirely up to you. Whether you're investing in advertising, stock or expanding your premises, we believe you know best how the funding will help your business.

How does Flowpay assess whether I will receive the funding?
Using both the information we gather and machine learning, we analyse hundreds of data points and criteria to predict a company's future turnover and assess its financial stability and performance. At the same time, the client receives a personalised offer tailored to their exact requirements.

I don't know the password to my myFlowpay app. Where can I get it?
Simply enter your email address provided during registration and you will receive a link to log in to the app. No other passwords or login details are required.

I can't log in to myFlowpay. What should I do now?
